The Bayley Scales of Infant Development (BSID-II), Second Edition is an individually administered test that assesses the current developmental functioning of infants and children from the ages of 1 month to 42 months. BSID-II consists of three scales: mental, motor and behavior rating scale. The main purpose of the test is to diagnose developmental delay and plan intervention strategies.
